Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Home Preserve website, customer portal, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them.

Home Preserve provides home watch and property management services, which may include periodic inspections, minor maintenance and repairs, cleaning, and staging. The specific services for a property are those you enroll in and we confirm.

Inspections are visual and cover the areas we can reasonably reach. They are not a technical, structural, or code inspection, and they are not a substitute for a licensed trade's assessment.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree to provide lawful access to the property and to keep the access information in your account current. You authorize us to enter the property to perform the services you have enrolled in, and to arrange emergency repairs within the limits you set in your account.

Where you have authorized a spending limit, we may approve repairs at or below that amount without further approval. Work above that limit will be brought to you first.

Service fees are those quoted to you at enrollment or confirmed in writing, and are billed on the schedule we agree. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring services, and for authorized repairs, materials, and additional services.

Card payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Amounts past due may be subject to service suspension until the balance is cleared.

Visits may be rescheduled or cancelled through your portal. Please give us as much notice as you reasonably can, so we can adjust the schedule and notify any assigned service provider.

We may engage independent contractors and vendors, such as cleaners or tradespeople, to perform work at your property. They are independent businesses and are not our employees.

To the extent permitted by law, Home Preserve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services or your use of the portal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if these terms are violated, if payment remains outstanding, or if continuing would be unsafe or unlawful. Records we are required to keep are retained after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
