Home Preserve provides home watch, inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and staging services for property owners. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and customer portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
• Property details, including address, size, and the access and utility information you provide so we can service the home.
• Emergency contact details and the repair and entry authorizations you set.
• Payment card details, which are collected and stored by our payment processor rather than by us.
• Messages, photos, and issue reports you send us through the portal.

We also keep records created while servicing your property, such as inspection reports, checklists, photos, repair logs, and service history.

• To schedule and perform inspections, maintenance, cleaning, and staging visits.
• To prepare and send your monthly reports and service records.
• To bill you for services and process payments.
• To contact you about your property, including by email, phone, or text where you have asked us to.
• To maintain business records and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Gate codes, alarm details, Wi-Fi credentials, and similar information are used only to service your property. We share them with the staff or vetted service providers assigned to a visit, and only to the extent needed for that visit.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor and our email and hosting providers.
• Contractors and vendors engaged to perform work at your property, limited to what they need to do the job.
• Authorities or other parties where we are required by law, or where disclosure is needed to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

Access to your portal is protected by your login credentials, and property records are restricted to authorized staff. We take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can review and update much of your information from your portal. To request a copy of your information, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep, contact us using the details below.

Our services are intended for property owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
